It is the technique through which one tries to create in the prospective customer the need for the product one wishes to sell. Starting from the principle whereby almost all human beings nowadays live unconsciously more or less trapped into useless traumas, bonds, traditions, anxieties, hopes, needs, anthropologic and psychologic studies are carried out for the purpose of grasping collective unconscious discrepancies in modern society and using products as solutions to delicate and unresolved individual problems. This technique subtly induces the prospective customer to buy the product proposed as a remedy for this small or large sensible gap of his/her mind. As a result, the customer finds himself/herself with one more commodity in his/her home, but his/her own problem or weakness still stays totally unresolved. So he/she will be ready for the next marketer or psychoanalist to take advantage of him/her.
